The Festival Schedule

 

The festival consists of four days of activities cumulating in Race Day on Saturday 25th September.  The following list is the current expectation of the schedule but is subject to change.

 

Wednesday 22nd

  
15:00 to 19:30 Novotel Hotel - Royal Albert room Registration: All competitors must complete registration by 21:00 on Friday to pick up their race numbers, Festival T Shirt, Awards Party Ticket and other goodies  
15:00 to 22:00 Novotel Hotel Upper Deck Area WARRtering Hole: Meet up with other Airline WARRiors for a chat and a drink.  Notice boards will be provided for messages for arriving team members.
18:30 onwards various Further events to be announced shortly.
 

Thursday 23rd

  
11:00 to 19:00 Novotel Hotel - Royal Albert room Registration continues (see Wednesday). 
 
09:00 to 22:00 Novotel Hotel Upper Deck Area WARRtering Hole continues (see Wednesday).
 
19:00 to 23:00 The Fox@ExCeL Meet&Greet: Informal gathering in the Fox pub including a performance by the Simon Ashford Jazz Quartet.

Friday 24th

  
11:00 to 21:00 Novotel Hotel - London II room. Registration continues (see Wednesday). 
No registration after 21:00.
09:00 to 22:00 Novotel Hotel Upper Deck Area WARRtering Hole continues (see Wednesday).

(or Wednesday or Thurday)		 Competition T Shirts: To be entered into the Competition two team shirts need to be given in to the International Committee representative at Registration or at the very start of the Team Captains Meeting.
09:00 to 11:00 Novotel Hotel Boardroom Team Captains Meeting:  Team Captains to be briefed about the race and related matters.
11:00 to 12:00 Novotel Hotel Boardroom Future WARR Meeting: Team Captains invited to attend to find out about next years WARR venue and to discuss venues for subsequent years.
19:00 to 21:00 Leadenhall Market

12:30 to last finisher ExCeL East Entrance and Royal Victoria Dock Dockside. Start of 5k race

18:30 to 02:00 The Fox@ExCeL Awards Party: Entry only by pre-purchased ticket.  The Schedule for the evening will be added to the Awards Party page shortly. The Party Theme is "London Characters".
